The Role:
The Private Equity Operations Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end investment experience for clients, issuers, sponsors, and representatives including initial asset reviews, capital calls, corporate actions, exchanges, and investment funding for private stock, funds, precious metals, publicly traded securities, etc. This role ensures a seamless, timely, and client-focused process that supports business growth, enhances client satisfaction, and maintains operational accuracy.
Location: This position is remote in Denver, CO. We intend to open an office in Denver and once we do, we will require hybrid attendance onsite at least 9 days each month.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee team operations to ensure all investment related tasks are completed accurately and within required deadlines, while adhering to internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Provide white-glove service, ensuring a high-touch and positive experience with the firm.
- Continuously review processes for efficiency, compliance, and scalability.
- Maintain and update onboarding SOPs and documentation.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) for quality, efficiency, and productivity
- Lead, mentor, and develop your team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) preferred
- 3+ years of leadership experience in client onboarding, financial operations, or account management, ideally within wealth management, retirement industry, or banking.
- Lead and motivate the department and others through increased operational efficiency and improved operational controls
- Strong verbal/written communication skills with a client-first mindset.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment.
- Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time while working
- Must be able to work hybrid in Denver, CO
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience and understanding of IRAs rules and regulations is preferred
- Zendesk and Microsoft Office Experience preferred
For residents of Denver, CO the annual salary range for this role is $85,000 - $100,000 + annual bonus. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, candidate experience and expertise, bonus, and other factors.
