The Role: Contractor, 1099. ( $21/hr-$24/hr DOE, M-F, 8 hours a day)

As an Institutional Services Contractor, you will directly support Institutional and Relationship Management teams, with a focus on assisting to provide premier service to our client and referral relationships. Direct processing and monitoring of IRA account related transactions and/or reconciliation. Communicate with internal operational cross-functional teams as well as external parties. Strict adherence to internal and regulatory security standards.

Location: This position is remote in Denver, CO. We intend to open an office in Denver and once we do, we will require hybrid attendance onsite at least 9 days each month.

Responsibilities:

  • Support client onboarding, relationship management and business development to manage and grow relationships with our strategic referrers, provide high touch team support as service
  • Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the client experience and company initiatives
  • Accurately execute cash or securities transactions across multiple platforms, perform verbal investment verification and other custodial duties as needed
  • Assist with internal cross-functional improvement projects, identify and recommend process improvement or security enhancements
  • Review and accurately identify documents, data entry – general account or asset maintenance
  • Exhibit a basic knowledge regarding products and services offered by Forge Trust
  • Perform other operational duties and tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Ability to independently organize and complete work as assigned, work independently and as a team player
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, professional, personable, self-motivated, organized and reliable
  • Problem-solving skills an ability to take initiative and adapt, able to multitask and prioritize urgency of duties to be performed
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 6 months -1 year work experience in financial services or fintech required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with alternate asset investing or investment processing preferred
  • Experience with custody and maintenance of retirement accounts preferred
