The Role: Asset Administration, Operations Specialist

Location: This position is remote in Denver, CO.

The Role: Contractor, 1099. ( $21/hr-$24/hr DOE, M-F, 8 hours a day)

Responsibilities: 

  • Review and update client account information including, but not limited to, monthly valuation data, LLC dissolutions, and assets in receivership. 
  • Identify and assess client’s submissions to achieve compliant results. 
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools in accordance with company procedures. 
  • Maintain records of client submissions, process client requests and file documents. 
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and departmental policies and procedures. 
  • Other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the team and organization 

Requirements: 

  • Knowledge and understanding of IRS Regulations for retirement accounts & qualified plans  
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office. 
  • Strong organizational, ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively 
  • Ability to identify process improvements and efficiencies, strong problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to work under pressure, self-motivated and resourceful.
