Who we’re looking for:

The Manager of Business Development will be responsible for leading the development and continuous growth of Forge Health’s business development plan and presence across several clinics in New York. This role requires 3-4 days of travel per week and will be responsible for expanding censuses for all existing and future Forge Health facilities in New York.

Please note, the successful candidate for this opportunity will ideally be located in Westchester County, Manhattan, or Long Island.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to effectively communicate Forge Health’s unique value proposition to a variety of audiences, with strong time management, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize among competing opportunities.

Compensation range: $75-95k, this salary range reflects total compensation, which includes base compensation and bonus potential, however it is not inclusive of benefits and other company perks. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Drive growth in client census for all Forge Health clinical programs across designated clinics in New York.
  • Collaborate with payers, health systems, provider groups, and other strategic partners to expand access to care through collaborative care and referral relationships.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Forge Health and its partners to ensure all ongoing needs are met, maintaining a strong focus on the client experience.
  • Partner with the Head of Corporate Strategy and Development to create and execute growth strategies within existing communities and develop market entry strategies for new communities.
  • Regularly assess the effectiveness of business development initiatives against market dynamics and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Represent Forge Health at conferences, trade shows, and community events to build awareness and foster partnerships.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Utilize CRM and EMR systems in coordination with Clinical Teams to ensure accurate documentation and adhere to legal requirements.
  • Provide leadership, training, and support to team of Outreach Coordinators to achieve market and clinic goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all job-specific responsibilities, organizational policies, and procedures.

What you'll need:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of three (3) years of job-related experience with existing accounts
  • Working knowledge of health care environments, clinical terminology, and health information systems
  • Must have a valid state license and access to a vehicle
