Guidewire ClaimCenter Configuration - Onsite - Pan-India

Summary
FormativGroup is adding an experienced Guidewire ClaimCenter Configuration professional to lead technical streams and deliver enterprise insurance integrations across PAN India. This full-time, onsite role involves mentoring project teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving high-quality Guidewire implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical streams and contribute to solution design and delivery.
• Mentor, manage, and guide project teams to execute assigned tasks successfully.
• Interface and communicate effectively with onsite coordinators, customer representatives, and other stakeholders.
• Plan, monitor, and track project deliverables to ensure successful execution.
• Build and foster a quality culture within the project team.
• Provide training and mentorship to project resources.
• Participate in organization-wide people initiatives to support team development and engagement.
• Travel to customer locations as required for project execution.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable knowledge and hands-on experience with Guidewire On-Prem Integration Patterns (Messaging, SOAP/REST Services, File Imports/Exports, Batch Processing)
• Experience with Guidewire Cloud environment configuration (Console, S3 Buckets, Secrets, Helios)
• Experience in enterprise integrations with insurance applications
• Java 5+, JEE, XML, Web Services (Axis2), SQL, ANT
• Strong in PL/SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Castor, and any enterprise messaging system
• Experience with Tomcat, WebSphere, or WebLogic application servers
• Real-time knowledge and experience in enterprise system integration, preferably within Property & Casualty Insurance
• Solid understanding of software development best practices and design patterns
• Excellent business communication and leadership skills
• Prior client-facing experience
• Strong technical leadership, project execution, and mentoring skills
• BE/BTech/MCA with a sound industry experience of 3 to 7 years.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience with Guidewire implementations and upgrades
• Additional hands-on experience using Guidewire Cloud tools in large-scale projects
• Familiarity with insurance domain practices beyond Property & Casualty

Location: Onsite – Multiple Locations - PAN India - Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Pune, Kerala, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Noida, Gurgaon, Indore, Patna, Bhubaneswar
