Salesforce Certified Consultant

Summary 

The role of the Salesforce Consultant is to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives. This role partners with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable CRM solutions while leading automation, process improvement, and integration initiatives. Success requires strong Salesforce expertise, analytical problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver high-impact solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities 

 

  • Design, implement, operate, and integrate Salesforce solutions to improve business processes, scalability, and operational efficiency 
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on Salesforce administration, configuration, and implementation best practices 
  • Lead Salesforce automation initiatives using Flows and declarative tools to streamline workflows and optimize system performance 
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, lead process discovery sessions, and deliver tailored, scalable CRM solutions 
  • Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and system limitations, recommending alternative approaches and mitigation strategies 
  • Support the overall health and governance of the Salesforce environment, including release management, system upgrades, and ongoing optimization 
  • Oversee Salesforce reporting and analytics efforts, developing dashboards, reports, and performance insights to support business decision-making 
  • Define, implement, and enforce Salesforce data management, quality, and governance standards 
  • Perform advanced Salesforce administrative functions, including user access, security, workflows, Process Builder, and Flow configurations 
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to improve adoption, performance, and CRM-driven insights 
  • Design and implement end-to-end business processes for supported teams 
  • Support and manage integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using approved integration patterns 
  • Provide responsive, solution-oriented support to users and stakeholders, including troubleshooting and issue resolution 

 

Qualifications 

 

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration and implementation experience, preferably in B2B environments 
  • Minimum of 4 active Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Business Analyst, Platform App Builder (Consultant certifications strongly preferred) 
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, automation tools, and platform capabilities 
  • Proven experience designing CRM processes and translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions 
  • 4+ years of experience implementing Salesforce platforms, including but not limited to Sales Cloud and Service Cloud 
  • 3+ years of Salesforce development or technical customization experience 
  • Proficiency with integration technologies such as Web Services, CastIron, or Boomi, and familiarity with enterprise integration patterns 
  • Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Tableau or Salesforce Analytics Studio (preferred) 
  • Familiarity with ETL tools and data integration best practices 
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a creative, solution-oriented problem-solving mindset 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including user training and support

 

Location Requirements

This role is a remote role. 

To be considered for this position, candidates must reside in one of the following U.S. states: AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, WI, and Washington DC.

We are committed to pay equity and transparency. The compensation range for this position represents our good faith estimate of the range we reasonably expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s experience, skills, education, work location, and internal equity. 

In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, commissions, or other incentive programs, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, etc. 

Estimated Compensation Range:

$100,000 - $120,000 USD
