All Form Health patients work closely with their care team, which includes board certified physicians, advanced practice professionals and Registered Dietitians. Through our proprietary mobile app patients engage in regular video visits, as well as text messaging, photo journaling, digital data transmission, and customized educational materials. About the Role:

We’re seeking an experienced and creative Contract Clinical Sourcer to help us accelerate provider hiring and grow a high-caliber clinical team. This individual will lead top-of-funnel recruiting efforts—sourcing specialty clinicians, promoting our employer brand, and driving candidate engagement through multiple channels. If you’re a strategic sourcer who thrives in startup environments and knows how to attract mission-aligned talent, we’d love to meet you. This role is 100% remote and can be located anywhere in the U.S.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and execute an end-to-end clinical sourcing strategy to identify, engage, and attract top provider talent across the U.S.
  • Proactively source physicians, nurse practitioners, and registered dietitians with relevant experience in obesity medicine, chronic disease, or telehealth
  • Increase employer brand awareness through digital campaigns, social content, sourcing partnerships, and virtual events
  • Run high-touch outbound outreach campaigns (email, text, phone) and maintain consistent engagement with leads
  • Host and coordinate virtual open houses, webinars, or panels to drive interest and showcase our mission and culture
  • Research competitive market trends, compensation benchmarks, and industry conferences or directories
  • Evaluate and recommend sourcing tools, job boards, CRM systems, and automation to optimize outreach
  • Build and maintain relationships with trusted staffing agency partners to expand reach
  • Track and report on sourcing funnel metrics, pipeline health, and time-to-fill
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to meet hiring goals and improve candidate experience

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of dedicated sourcing experience, preferably in a fast-paced health tech environment
  • Proven success sourcing specialty physicians, advanced practice providers (NP/PA), and/or other licensed clinicians
  • Creative and persistent approach to finding and engaging passive talent
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Greenhouse, and other sourcing automation platforms
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret sourcing metrics and recommend improvements
  • Passion for mission-driven healthcare and enthusiasm for building something from the ground up
