Senior Technical Project Manager
About the Role:
Forter is seeking a seasoned Sr. Technical Project Manager to join our Enterprise Systems
team. This critical role will be responsible for managing our large-scale System Implementation
and Transformation projects, reporting directly to the Director, Enterprise Systems. As we
embak on an ambitious Enterprise Transformation journey, you will be a key cross-functional
contributor, aligning efforts across several departments.
As a Sr. Technical Project Manager at Forter, you will have the unique opportunity to work in a
broad environment of enterprise-level financial applications and help develop an Enterprise-
level Project Management Methodology that will guide future large-scale projects. Your
expertise will shape our approach to project management, positioning us for success in a rapidly
evolving landscape.

Management resource for the Enterprise Systems team, you will be a contributing factor to the

What you'll be doing:
● Manage and coordinate large-scale Enterprise System and Transformation Projects from
initiation to delivery.
● Develop and manage Project Communication plans for stakeholders and participants.
● Facilitate and encourage collaboration across departments to ensure projects are
completed successfully.
● Delegate work to team members based on skills and expertise to maximize efficiency
and outcomes.
● Collaborate with core finance and enterprise project teams to develop cost estimates
and budgets

At Forter, we have embraced a hybrid work model that combines the benefits of in-office collaboration with the flexibility of remote work. Salary Range: $127,000.00 - $157,000.00
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, and skill level.
