- 90792 (55 minute Initial Assessment): $110
- 99214 (20/30 minute Patient Session): $55
- 99215 (45 minute Patient Session): $83
Schedule:
Needed Coverage:
- Monday - Friday 3:30pm - 8:30pm CST
- Saturdays & Sundays 8:30am - 4:30pm CST
Hours per week: Minimum 5 hours per week
Onboarding/Training: Paid $50/hrs

Position Overview:
We know that clinicians are the backbone of our company. We are looking for someone who wants to be a part of a growing healthcare startup that is focused on broadening access to affordable, high-quality mental health care for children and their families!
We are seeking a 1099 Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to deliver high quality, evidence-based therapy and medication management. Contract Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners are expected to be available to provide at minimum of 5 sessions per week after school hours Monday to Friday. Weekends are optional.
The incumbent reports directly to the Medical Director who will also assign projects and provide general direction and guidance. The candidate is expected to perform duties with minimal supervision.
In this role, you will:
- Provide psychiatric services to individuals who otherwise may not have access to care.
- Coordinate treatment planning and care delivery with Fort Health’s network of licensed therapists.
- Adhere to Fort Health’s platform guidelines and policies and complete all required training.
- Provide unparalleled clinical customer service through the delivery of prompt and empathetic care on the platform.
- Provide software and operational feedback to Fort Health’s in-house engineering and operational teams to improve products, workflows and care delivery.
- Implement medication treatment plans for mild to moderate disorders in a virtual clinic (i.e. telehealth) setting.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team of physicians, therapists, along with outside providers.
- Ability to message between sessions to support patients and communicate with other internal providers.
- Engage and collaborate in clinical meetings, supervision, and team meetings as appropriate.
Qualifications:
- Licensure: You’re a fully licensed, ANCC board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC) in IL.
- Must possess a minimum of one year of experience as a (PMHNP) specifically working with children and adolescents post clinicals
- NPI Number: We can point you in the right direction if you don’t have those yet!
- DEA: You have a DEA number, or you’re open to acquiring one.
- Must have reliable, high-speed internet access with minimum speeds of 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
- Desire to work with and learn from some of the top child mental health experts in the field.
Preferred
- Bilingual English / Spanish highly preferred.
- Commitment to working with diverse populations and diagnoses.
- Reliable self-starter who is able to work independently and also as part of a team.
- Experience working with children and adolescents in a clinical setting, 3 years and up.
