We are seeking a highly structured, proactive, and detail-driven Communications Manager to elevate the clarity, consistency, and quality of our brand and communications in a highly technical B2B environment. This role requires someone who thrives in complex technical ecosystems, can translate technical value into compelling narratives, and brings operational rigor to planning, prioritization, and execution. You will lead our brand, communications, and content engine, building communications plans, driving message consistency, overseeing content and collateral, and ensuring that every communication reflects our standards for clarity, accuracy, and expertise. You will manage a small team and provide the guidance, direction, and accountability needed. This is a role for a structured, organized, fast, delivery-oriented leader with strong communication fundamentals and the ability to work with technical SMEs and product teams.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

MFT Communications, Brand, Messaging & Media

  • Lead deliverables for product/service launches, MFT announcements, and internal initiatives
  • Manage communication activities, including announcements, PR, media outreach and social media, building a consistent cadence of business and technical contents, and MFT updates
  • Delivers and execute the content strategy for LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels. Oversee social advocacy programs.
  • Ensure brand guidelines consistency and appropriate brand voice and tone across communications and collateral.
  • Develop and distribute internal communications ensuring teams have clear, timely, and consistent information on news, updates, releases, and collateral.

Content, Editorial & Asset Management

  • Develop customer stories, case studies, briefs, and industry narratives.
  • Partner with SMEs to translate technical concepts into high-quality content for our audiences.
  • Oversee the full editorial calendar (blogs, newsletters, campaigns, social, releases).
  • Lead and enforce standards for clarity, accuracy, and technical credibility.
  • Own content governance and project management / workflows tools: assets validation, updated repositories, version control, naming conventions, outdated assets management…
  • Communicate proactively when assets are updated, replaced, or deprecated, ensuring all stakeholders access accurate and current resources.

Collateral, Creative & Design Oversight

  • Oversee production of marketing collateral, sales materials, and visual assets.
  • Manage internal and external design workflows for content, campaigns, and brand visuals.
  • Ensure creative output aligns with brand standards and technical messaging requirements.

Leadership, Agencies & Budget

  • Establish structured communication planning processes (quarterly → monthly → weekly). Implement best-practice workflows, documentation, and reporting to increase visibility of progress and results
  • Lead and mentor a communications team, ensuring clear direction and high execution quality. Foster a culture of initiative, problem-solving, proactive communication, operational excellence and accountability
  • Hire and manage external agencies (creative, design, PR, production) and freelancers, ensuring clear scopes, feedback, and performance.
  • Own the communications budget: forecast, track, and optimize spend.
  • Drive continuous improvement by researching new communication tools, workflows, and best practices.

Strategic & Continuous Personal Development

  • Propose and deliver improvements that increase efficiency, scalability, and revenue impact.
  • Contribute to broader marketing operations initiatives by sharing best practices across business units.
  • Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by supervisor or manager

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business. Master’s degree a plus
  • 8+ years of marketing experience in managing product launches and content development (customer stories, case studies, briefs…) for B2B technology products/solutions (hardware, SaaS, industrial, IoT, security, or other complex categories)
  • 3+ years’ recent experience working in B2B Marketing for a mid-sized to large global technology company
  • Strong editorial & writing expertise (non-negotiable) for customer-centric materials, translating highly technical products into accessible narratives
  • Evidence of strong structure + process, managing complex projects, demonstrating rigor in deliverables and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience managing graphic design and communications agencies or freelancers
  • Ability to manage and mentor direct reports, and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
