Marketing Operations Manager
The Marketing Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and strategic alignment across the Marketing & Sales teams at Fortune. This role combines expertise in system management and process optimization to enhance demand generation efforts and support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will excel at leveraging tools like Salesforce, managing marketing technology stacks, and implementing processes to improve pipeline performance, forecasting accuracy, and overall revenue growth. We’re seeking a proactive self-starter who excels in cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment and smooth execution of critical initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Strategy
· Oversee and optimize the marketing operations process, ensuring alignment across Sales & Marketing, while collaborating with Finance & Analytics teams to support forecasting and growth initiatives.
· Develop scalable systems and processes to enhance sales pipeline management, improve forecasting accuracy, and streamline workflows.
· Oversee the Salesforce CRM ecosystem, with a primary focus on processes, attribution methodologies, and tech integrations.
· Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack, including Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo, ensuring tools are fully utilized and integrated effectively.
Data Analytics & Reporting
· Design, create, and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce to track key revenue and marketing metrics, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
· Conduct in-depth analyses across channels to uncover actionable insights that inform strategy and accelerate growth.
· Evolve measurement frameworks, such as attribution modeling, to deliver precise ROI insights, adapt to organizational needs, and drive smarter marketing investments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Partner with marketing and sales teams to ensure accurate and efficient lead flow processes, including routing and data enrichment, to maintain a high-quality database.
· Optimize workflows for sales & marketing while documenting processes to enhance collaboration across teams.
· Lead cross-team tasks such as forecasting and pipeline inspection, aligning GTM plans with company objectives, and utilizing KPI reviews to guide decisions.
Required Qualifications
· Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations, preferably in a technology or media environment.
· Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce CRM with experience in attribution and reporting.
· Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data to make data-driven decisions.
· Familiarity with marketing technology platforms like Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Looker.
· Proven experience with APIs, integrations, and automation tools such as Zapier.
· Understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and compliance best practices.
· Exceptional project management skills, with a proven track record of managing and prioritizing multiple projects across teams.
· Self-starter who is adaptable and thrives in fast-paced environments while maintaining flexibility and efficiency.
Salary
For this role the estimated base salary range, depending on level of experience, is $100,000.00 - $115,000.00
