Associate Engagement Consultant

Join our team as an Associate Communications and Engagement Consultant at Forty1 (Part of Inizio Engage).

You will specialize in supporting the creation and implementation of strategies to improve our clients in the way they communicate with their partners. You will help shape and deliver messaging strategies that resonate with a variety of global audiences.

Forty1 is an employee experience consultancy. We're change managers, culture shapers and employee experience experts. We're planners, researchers, project managers and writers.

This is a fully remote position; however, preference will be given to candidates in Greater Philadelphia region due to proximity to client sites and the ability to collaborate in person.

You will report into the Senior Communications & Engagement Consultant

What will you do …

• Write and design content that aligns with your clients brand and messaging goals
• Foster connections with partners through meaningful interaction – oftentimes supporting one or more projects
• Understand your clients goals and identifying the best ways to communicate with different partners
• Create comprehensive plans that use different communication channels
• Involve partners in decision-making processes, ensuring their feedback is heard and considered.
• Occasional travel to client sites and in-person meetings—locally, nationally or internationally.

What do you need to have …

• Experience creating clear messages (within parameters of specific branding guidelines) and engaging in meaningful conversations with clients
• Experience with graphic design and video editing, knowledge of Microsoft suite and Adobe suite desirable
• Experience working to new challenges and changes in project scope or client needs, and managing feedback from consultants and clients
• Experience in public speaking and presenting analysis and ideas to clients and partners
• Experience working with demanding accounts and willingness to handle urgent requests when needed
• Experience taking ownership of client work and operating with a degree of autonomy; ability to identify and offer client recommendations; self-directing learning and development opportunities and holding oneself accountable for reaching goals.
• Experience creating plans that help, stay at the forefront of communication trends and ideas
• Experience overseeing projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget – as part of a team or individually
