Fospha is a Mar-tech scale-up with an exciting, differentiated product that is beginning to realize our serious growth ambitions. We provide a marketing measurement product for eCommerce brands, helping them navigate the complex world of digital advertising across channels like Google, Snap, TikTok and Meta.

We are offering the opportunity to join as an Events + Partner Marketing Coordinator and rapidly progress in our GTM team, developing marketing and partnerships expertise.

In the last 12 months, we have:

  • Re-platformed our product to enable the next phase of our growth
  • More than tripled our customer base, including adding many of the UK’s best-known brands
  • Become certified as TikTok’s (only) measurement partner

In the next 12 months, we plan to:

  • Triple the customer base again (Q1 2025 was our record quarter for growth)
  • Continue expansion into the US and EU
  • Realize our ambition of being the de facto best measurement product for eCommerce brands in the world

Why Us?

  • Manage Merchandising: Research, order, and manage Fospha-branded event merchandise, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.
  • Own Webinars: Lead the delivery of webinars — from scheduling and promotion to hosting support and post-event follow-up.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with sales to understand target audiences and help execute pre-, during-, and post-event marketing campaigns.
  • Measure & Improve: Track event attendance, engagement, and lead generation to optimize future initiatives.
  • Leverage Technology: Use automation and GenAI tools to streamline processes and maximize impact.
  • Drive Partner Programs: Support the development and activation of co-marketing initiatives with our major platform partners, including content, events, and webinars.
  • Represent the Brand: Ensure all event and partner activities reflect Fospha’s dynamic and innovative brand.
  • Support Growth: Play a key role in lead capture and nurturing to fuel Fospha’s rapid US expansion.
  • Work Globally: Collaborate closely with your line manager and the broader marketing team based in the UK, embracing a truly global approach to Fospha’s growth.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Passion for marketing and technology.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort collaborating across teams and time zones.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curiosity about marketing metrics, automation, and GenAI technologies, with a willingness to get hands-on.
  • Strong research skills to identify top industry events and partnership opportunities.
  • A proactive attitude and a strong drive to make an impact.
