The Role:
As a Marketing Executive, you will be focused on digital marketing and brand expansion. You will have the opportunity to drive brand growth and market expansion into the US/North American market while supporting our enterprise expansion initiatives.
This brand marketing role focuses on developing marketing strategies that resonate with North American and enterprise customers, requiring strong collaboration with our product marketing team (which sits within the Product team) to translate product insights into compelling marketing narratives and conversion-focused digital experiences.
Key responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Creative Direction:
- Support the development and execution of comprehensive brand strategy in collaboration with Marketing and Product Marketing teams
- Provide creative direction and collaborate with external design agency partner
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and digital assets
- Oversee creative asset development with external design agency
Website Optimization & User Experience
- Lead website optimization initiatives to improve conversion rates and user experience, in partnership with external web developer and Marketing team
- Enhance website functionality and customer journey through data-driven insights
- Analyse website performance metrics and user behaviour to drive continuous improvements
- Ensure website content aligns with brand messaging and product positioning
- Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels based on performance data
Strategic Product Marketing Collaboration
- Partner closely with product marketing team to translate product insights into marketing collateral tailored to target customers
- Ensure brand marketing initiatives accurately reflect product capabilities and align with product positioning strategy for target markets
Social Proof & Customer Evidence
- Create and manage case studies that demonstrate product impact and customer success, with focus on North American and enterprise customer stories
- Build social proof initiatives including testimonials, reviews, and success stories that resonate with target markets
- Develop customer advocacy programs to amplify positive brand experiences in expansion markets
