About the Opportunity

You'll join Found's Growth team, reporting to the Head of Growth. The team owns how patients discover Found and decide to start their care, turning paid media into a reliable, efficient engine for member acquisition. Our work directly drives the company's growth and shapes how hundreds of thousands of women first experience personalized weight, metabolic health, and longevity care.

As our Performance Marketing Manager, you'll own the day-to-day management of our paid channels for our core weight loss business as well as new verticals in women’s health and longevity. You'll directly manage and optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, CTV, as well as emerging and experimental channels. You'll be the person closest to the numbers, turning performance data into clear recommendations that shape where we invest next and ensuring campaigns are optimized to company goals. You'll also help build our testing and experimentation roadmap, so every dollar we spend teaches us something about how to reach people who are ready to change their health.

What You’ll Do (Job Responsibilities)

  • Own channel strategy, execution, and optimization across Meta, TikTok, Google, and CTV, managing $2mm - $5mm in monthly spend against CAC and efficiency targets
  • Analyze channel and campaign performance, uncover insights, and turn them into clear strategic recommendations for budget allocation, bidding, targeting, and channel mix
  • Partner with the Head of Growth to develop and run a testing and experimentation roadmap spanning audiences, creative, landing pages, and new channel opportunities
  • Navigate healthcare advertising policies and platform restrictions, working closely with Legal and Compliance to keep campaigns effective and compliant
  • Build and maintain reporting that gives the team and leadership a clear, trusted view of channel performance, trends, and opportunities
  • Stay ahead of platform changes, emerging channels, and industry best practices, and bring new ideas to the team

What You’ll Bring (Job Qualifications)

  • 4–6 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, ideally at an agency working with high-growth DTC or consumer health companies.
  • Deep, hands-on expertise running and scaling paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google, with experience in CTV a strong plus
  • Experience managing significant paid media budgets (ideally $5MM+ per month) and delivering against efficiency goals like CAC, ROAS, or LTV:CAC
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and reporting platforms to diagnose performance and make decisions. Experience with attribution and incrementality is a plus.
  • Experience advertising in healthcare, telehealth, or another regulated category, including navigating platform health policies and compliance review
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to turn complex data into simple, actionable recommendations for cross-functional partners and leadership

What You’ll Get (Benefits & Perks)

  • Competitive compensation
  • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
  • Flexible PTO, company-paid holidays, parental leave
  • 401K, wellness and wifi perks
  • Flexible, remote-first work culture
