This position pays $15.49 per hour, with a commitment of 20 hours per week for a duration of 5 weeks.

What will you be doing?
Technology Support and Issue Resolution
- Utilize the School Dude and/or Google Form Help Desk ticketing system to manage daily workflow for staff, parents, and students
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic computer and networking issues
- Escalate unresolved problems to senior technical staff
- Prioritize and execute tasks as directed by management
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution
Technical Knowledge Areas
- Basic knowledge of Windows 10 operating systems
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of Google ChromeOS and Google Workspaces (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of wireless networking, AV technologies (speakers, projectors), and printer/copier hardware
Team and School Support
- Participate in school and organization-wide family events
- Support a collaborative and inclusive school culture
- Maintain and organize technology materials and equipment
What do we require from you?
- Spanish-speaking candidates strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success in a service or tech support role
- Growth-focused mindset and a commitment to continuous learning
- High level of emotional intelligence, communication, and interpersonal skills
- 2+ years of experience in an urban setting preferred

- Semifinalist candidates will be required to provide unofficial transcripts, evidence of certification/eligibility, and 3 professional references.
- Hired candidates are responsible for the following: official transcripts, criminal clearance (fingerprinting), and medical clearance (TB/Mantoux testing).
