What will you be doing?
Provide individualized coaching to teachers in classroom management, lesson planning, lesson execution, and differentiated instruction.
Co-teach in classrooms to model effective instructional practices and offer real-time feedback.Support teachers in creating engaging, high-performing classroom environments that drive student success.Analyze student performance data to identify growth areas and guide instructional adjustments.Collaborate with teachers to implement academic interventions and align instruction with assessment results.Offer expertise on instructional strategies, curriculum design, and differentiation for diverse learners.Design and facilitate professional development sessions focused on instructional excellence and academic interventions.Partner with school leadership to align coaching with school-wide instructional goals.Model strong leadership skills, including accountability, self-awareness, and emotional intelligence.Stay current on best practices, curriculum standards, assessments, and instructional technology to enhance teacher effectiveness and student outcomes.
What do we require from you?
- Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree in Curriculum & Instruction or related field preferred.
- Must hold NJ certification
- 2+ years working in an urban education setting preferred
- Must have a track record of measurable success and achievement
