High Net Worth Personal Lines Account Manager
Foundation Risk Partners, one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the US, is adding a High Net Worth Personal Lines Account Manager to FRP Private Client.
Job Summary:
This agency’s sole focus is on High Net Worth (HNW) personal lines, and we are seeking a highly motivated, experienced and well-rounded insurance professional to become part of our team.
The Account Manager position is principally responsible for maintaining and the profitable growth of a book of business - daily servicing and policy changes, preparing client renewals / re-marketing, cross/up-selling and will also work with the Private Client Practice Sales Leader on new business opportunities
Essential Functions:
- Daily Client Support:
• Facilitate policy changes, issue binders, certificates, and ID cards.
• Address client inquiries about premiums and billing statements.
• Provide claims counseling and support throughout the settlement process. - Client Policy Management:
• Assist clients with completing applications, risk profile assessments, and renewal questionnaires.
• Evaluate policy coverage terms and limits to ensure adequacy relative to client needs and risk profiles.
• Re-market client policy renewals as needed based on client requirements and market conditions.
• Negotiate renewal terms with incumbent carriers and alternative markets to secure broad coverage at competitive premiums.
• Present re-marketing results and provide detailed renewal reviews to clients. - Program Implementation and Sales:
• Implement new or renewal programs, ensuring clients receive detailed evidence of coverage.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell, upgrade existing coverage, or recommend additional coverages based on client needs.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of personal lines experience, with a background in High Net Worth (HNW) client/account management.
- Property and Casualty license.
- Experience working with and knowledge of the proprietary systems and policy language of all main HNW carriers such as Chubb, PURE, Cincinnati, AIG Private Client Group, Vault is preferred.
- Demonstrate proficiency in the placement of coverage for Coastal homes, CA earthquake and brush fire risks, fine arts and jewelry schedules, exotic/collector cars, yachts/watercraft, and builder’s risk policies.
- Familiarity in navigating non-admitted intermediaries and carriers.
- Proficiency with Applied Epic, Microsoft Excel, Word, and general computer tools.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Capable of performing under pressure with excellent leadership, analytical, and organizational abilities.
