Claims Analyst
Foundation Risk Partners, one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage and consulting firm in the US, is adding a Claims Analyst to their dynamic team.
This is a 100% remote opening with a preference on EST hours.
The Claims Analyst is responsible for working closely with our clients, documenting client claims, and reviewing client correspondence with examiners and adjusters. This position also monitors client claims regarding carrier responsibility to clients and terms and conditions of client policies.
Essential Functions:
- Coverage review and interpretation (i.e. Reservation of Rights, Declinations, Coverage Rebuttal, etc.)
- Responsible for the reporting of new claims to brokers/carriers
- Monitors liability determination by carriers
- Provides effective guidance to the adjustment of claims for property losses and liability claims
- Corresponds with clients, adjustors, carriers regarding open claim activities
- Assists with expediated claim closures with goal of positive outcome for client
- Collaborates with claims team on strategy
- Monitors coverage determination and retention of counsel on behalf of clients in pending litigated matters
- Investigates coverage questions and problems
- Identifies and resolves problems in a timely fashion following established guidelines and company policy
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Pro, and insurance agency management software (EPIC)
- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
- Proficient level written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
- Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response
Education and Experience:
- All Lines/or P&C Adjuster License in home state (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years’ experience in liability, coverage, and litigated claims with preference for property experience
- Strong policy and commercial/personal lines property claim handling experience
Essential Physical Functions:
- Ability to occasionally lift at least 10lbs
- Ability to sit/work at a computer for extended periods of time
- Ability to travel

This range represents the estimated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to performance, location, and experience. The range listed is just one component of FRP's total compensation package for employees.
Pay Transparency Range
$40,000 - $45,000 USD
