Foundation Risk Partners, one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the US, is adding a Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager to our dynamic team in the Pasadena, California Metro Region.
Location: Pasadena, California Metro Region. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in office requirement.

Position Summary:
As a Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager, you will provide essential administrative and customer service support to our commercial account managers and producers. You’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly while gaining valuable exposure to the commercial insurance process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate client and policy information in our agency management system.
- Prepare and send basic policy documents, certificates of insurance, and ID cards.
- Organize and update digital client files.
- Respond to client requests for information and assist in obtaining required documentation.
- Support renewal processing by helping gather client data and ordering loss runs.
- Request and track policy changes, endorsements, and documentation from carriers.
- Participate in training to learn about commercial insurance products and services.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure clients receive timely, accurate service.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
- Previous office or customer service experience a plus, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Interest in obtaining a Property & Casualty insurance license (support/training may be provided).
This range represents the estimated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to performance, location, and experience. The range listed is just one component of FRP's total compensation package for employees.
Pay Transparency Range
$50,000 - $60,000 USD
