Commercial Lines Customer Service Associate
Foundation Risk Partners, one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the US, is adding a Commercial Lines Customer Service Associate to their Owens Group team located in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. This is a full time, hybrid role.
Job Summary: .
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to provide clerical support to our Commercial Lines department. This role involves maintaining efficient operations and fostering positive relationships with insurance carriers and internal team members.
Essential Functions:
- Participates in the training and mentoring provided by the Commercial Lines
- Becomes proficient on the basic Commercial Lines job functions:
- Processed within 3 days of receipt.
- Anti-Arson Processed within 3 days of receipt.
- Routine Certificates of Insurance and Evidence of If received by 3pm same day turnaround; otherwise next business day.
- Order Loss
- Company required renewal
- Prepare Summaries of
- Cancellations/Reinstatements
- Audits
- Excess & Surplus Lines documents
- Marshall & Swift evaluations
- Auto ID cards
- Invoicing
- Finance Agreements
- Insurance carrier rating systems
- Boiler Inspections/Violations
- Manages their Home page in EPIC by keeping open activities
- Becomes proficient on company rating
- Departmental back up on an as-needed
- Performs other duties as requested or
- As the CSA becomes proficient, cross train on CSR job

Education & Experience:
- College degree preferred; related office experience, or equivalent insurance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Knowledge of Applied EPIC software preferred but not required. Specifically, Word and Excel.
- Must obtain NJ or NY Property and Casualty license within six months of
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Completion of an insurance professional designation as agreed upon with Commercial Lines
This range represents the estimated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to performance, location, and experience. The range listed is just one component of FRP's total compensation package for employees.
Pay Transparency Range
$55,000 - $60,000 USD
