Insurance Sales Producer
Foundation Risk Partners, one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the US, is adding an Insurance Sales Producer to their LBW team in Valencia, CA.
This is a hybrid role.

Essential Functions:
- Prospect and generate new business through networking, cold calling, referrals, and relationship-building within the California market.
- Identify client needs by conducting thorough risk assessments and understanding each prospect’s unique exposures.
- Recommend appropriate insurance solutions based on coverage requirements, carrier guidelines, and client goals.
- Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients, clearly explaining coverage options, premiums, and value.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact and needs analysis to closing the sale and onboarding the client.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage renewals, retention, and referral opportunities.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and internal teams to ensure smooth policy implementation and service delivery.
- Stay current on carrier products, underwriting criteria, and market trends to provide clients with informed recommendations.
- Travel to client meetings, presentations, and networking events throughout California.
- Document client interactions and sales activities in the agency management system in a timely and accurate manner.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics established by the agency.
- Represent the company professionally at industry events, chamber functions, and community engagements.
Qualifications:
- CA Department of Insurance P & C License OR Life & Health License.
- Valid CA Driver’s License.
- Ability to work on-site at least once per week, and travel to clients and prospects throughout Southern California.
- Proven track record of success in an insurance sales role, with strong prospecting skills and a demonstrated ability to close new business.
- Ability to identify, reach, and effectively communicate with Business Owners and High Net Worth Individuals.
- Strong knowledge of insurance carriers and their coverage offerings.
- Ability to assess each prospect’s or client’s unique risks to recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
This range represents the estimated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to performance, location, and experience. The range listed is just one component of FRP's total compensation package for employees.
Pay Transparency Range
$50,000 - $150,000 USD
