Foundry is searching for a Finance Business Partner for the Global Events organization. This role will play a pivotal role in providing financial insights, analysis, modelling, and guidance that contribute to strategic decision-making and growth and innovation within the organization. Your insights and financial acumen will be crucial in driving the success of the organization's subscription-based business model.

This role is 100% remote in an approved US East Coast location.
Responsibilities
- Partner with WW Events leadership team and serve as a thought leader in developing financial projections, including annual budgets, forecasts, and strategic financial plans.
- Provide detailed financial analysis on monthly and quarterly financial performance across all regions within the Research organization.
- Collaborate with the Controllership organization in the monthly close process to ensure revenue and expenses for the Events we delivered are appropriately recognized.
- Develop financial models to simulate various growth scenarios, pricing strategies, and profitability analysis.
- Assess financial risks inherent to the Events industry, such as unit economics and attendance forecast, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
- Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations and standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's/MBA preferred).
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or CMA could be advantageous.
- 12+ years proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering, preferably within the SaaS industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret Research specific financial and operational data.
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis tools, and subscription based related software platforms.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to align financial strategies with business objectives.
- Collaborative approach and the ability to build relationships across various teams.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, compliance, and ethical financial practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary range and additional compensation, including discretionary bonuses and incentive pay, are determined by a rigorous review process. This process considers the experience, education, certifications, and skills required for the specific role, equity with similarly situated employees, as well as employer-verified US region-specific market data provided by an independent 3rd party partner. The anticipated total annual compensation, depending on location and experience, is between $175,000 and $210,000 and is inclusive of base salary and variable compensation (if applicable).
