Account Director
Foundry (www.foundryco.com) is seeking an ambitious, talented, experienced, and technology-savvy Account Director to join our Enterprise Accounts team!

This role is 100% remote in an approved US Northeast Coast location or a hybrid work environment, working from our mid-town NYC office.
Responsibilities:
- Drive new business revenue generation.
- Gain market share with existing customers.
- Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities with your customer base.
- Develop, service, and prospect relationships with named agencies and clients.
- Confidently present Foundry's portfolio of custom solutions including, but not limited, to B2B demand generation, data, media services, online display and video, and events.
- Negotiate and be accountable for all contracts and forecasting.
- Perform as a business specialist, developing strategic solutions that solve your clients' business challenges.
- Constantly develop and execute creative ideas on behalf of your clients and the company.
- Partner with sales counterparts internally to deliver a best-in-class experience for Foundry’s customers.
- Work with internal support and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience for clients.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years digital sales experience as a hunter, ideally in a technology environment
- Comfortable working both client and agency partners
- Minimum of 4 years selling dedicated digital solutions demonstrating a deep understanding of online media and trends
- Ability to understand complex business marketing issues and how to leverage the Foundry portfolio to achieve the client's objectives
- Ability & desire to see clients live and build relationships through in-person meetings & client outings are a must in the NYC area
- Comfortable handling the most strategic and complicated accounts
- Expert-level understanding and fluency across demand generation, programmatic display and video, social, and media services
- Strong and proven presentation, writing, critical thinking and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment, self-motivate, and add to the energy of a highly engaged team
- Self-starter with good organizational and time management skills; able to work within tight deadlines
- Strong presentation skills to senior-level executives
- 10% - 20% domestic travel will be required for this role

Salary range and additional compensation, including discretionary bonuses and incentive pay, are determined by a rigorous review process. This process considers the experience, education, certifications, and skills required for the specific role, equity with similarly situated employees, as well as employer-verified US region-specific market data provided by an independent 3rd party partner. The anticipated total annual compensation, depending on location and experience, is between $200,000 and $250,000, which includes base and commissions.
