  • Leverage self-serve AI tools or collaborate with ML/DS teams to experiment and iterate quickly
  • Define and track success metrics, make trade-offs, and operate effectively in ambiguity
  • Communicate priorities and decisions clearly across stakeholders and partner teams
  • Align closely with CS, Sales, and Implementation to drive adoption and success

What You Should Bring

  • 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in HR tech, ATS, or workflow/data-intensive platforms
  • Proven experience building or working with data products—such as recommendations, predictive analytics, or performance dashboards
  • Comfortable working with Data Science and Analytics teams, or using self-serve AI/ML tools to drive product outcomes
  • Strong communication and writing skills—able to produce clear specs, product docs, and stakeholder updates
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment and execution across Product, Design, Engineering, and GTM teams
  • A growth mindset with curiosity and grit—you learn fast, adapt quickly, and enjoy solving complex problems

Location & Time Zone

  • Fully remote (International/Non-US)
  • Must be available for partial overlap with US working hours (~6hrs overlap with US Pacific Time)
  • Contract length: 12 months, renewable.

Why Join Us?

  • Build AI-native products in a high-impact, fast-growing category
  • Lead growth-stage products with real ownership and autonomy
  • Collaborate with experienced and supportive product, design, and engineering leaders
  • Thrive in a remote-first culture focused on trust, transparency, and flexibility
  • Competitive compensation and international contractor benefits

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
