We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, managing the complete sales cycle, and driving revenue growth by building strong client relationships. This is a remote role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a global team.
What you'll be doing
- Identify, prospect, and generate new B2B leads in target industries
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
- Understand client hiring challenges and position Fountain’s solutions effectively
- Prepare and deliver impactful product presentations and demos
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Customer Success, Product) to ensure client satisfaction and smooth onboarding
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Keep CRM systems up to date with accurate sales activities and pipeline data
What you should bring
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably SaaS or HR Tech
- Proven track record of end-to-end sales cycle management
- Strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline building
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment
- Ability to understand client needs and map solutions effectively
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus
