We are hiring a Lift Operator to support our day shift warehouse operations. In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our inventory flow, ensuring that our products are handled with care and precision. Shift Time: 6AM - 3:30PM, Monday to Friday

In This Role

Operate on a Raymond order picker in a narrow, wire-guided warehouse, ensuring safe and efficient material handling
Use RF scanners to accurately pick and verify inventory items for order fulfillment
Unload incoming shipments, inspect for damage, and verify contents against purchase orders or packing slips to ensure accuracy
Perform routine maintenance checks on warehouse equipment, including forklifts and order pickers, and report any malfunctions or safety issues
Safely place inventory into racking locations using RF scanners, maintaining organization and accuracy
Identify and process items on various paperwork, including customer orders, labels, manifest documents, packing lists, stock receipts, and bills of ladings
Follow SOPs to ensure inventory quality and stay updated on procedure changes
Perform routine checks to identify and address quality issues
Meet productivity targets while managing resources effectively
Document and report inventory discrepancies using the internal corrective action reporting (ICAR) process and ensure accurate documentation
Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications

The Ideal Person

2+ years of experience operating an order picker forklift required
High school diploma or GED required
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with WMS and Microsoft Excel
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and maneuver items up to 225 lbs with assistance
Required to wear steel-toed boots/shoes at all times during work hours
Willing and able to work overtime as needed
