Our Digital Experience team is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager. In this newly-created role, you will be responsible for helping shape the technology strategy across our digital platforms, focusing primarily on our to-the-trade website, to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

In This Role

  • Drive and execute the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for digital products, aligning customer needs, business objectives, market opportunities, and data-driven insights into measurable outcomes
  • Identify, prioritize, and validate product opportunities through customer research, analytics, competitive analysis, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery through delivery, partnering closely with Product Design, Engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to build experiences that solve meaningful customer problems and drive business value
  • Develop business cases, product requirements, user stories, and success metrics that align stakeholders around a shared vision and enable efficient product delivery
  • Collaborate with leaders across Marketing, Merchandising, Sales, Customer Experience, IT, and Operations to gain alignment, influence priorities, and drive successful product adoption
  • Maintain and communicate a transparent product roadmap that balances strategic initiatives, customer needs, technical investments, and operational priorities while providing clarity across the organization
  • Monitor product performance through customer feedback, analytics, and experimentation, using insights to continuously optimize the customer experience and business outcomes
  • Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications

The Ideal Person

  • 10+ years of experience as a Product Manager
  • Proficient in Figma and JIRA
  • Experience collaborating with multiple teams across various disciplines
  • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with Software Developers to translate design concepts into functional, high-quality user experiences
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with an ability to influence
  • Proven track record of prioritizing and managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines and producing high-quality work
  • Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills with ability to focus on details while maintaining the “big picture” view
