FourKites is looking for an AI Integration Engineer who will work directly with our Fortune 100 customers to pioneer AI-powered implementations of our AI agents within our platform and integrate with third party systems, such as Blue Yonder, Oracle, SAP, etc.

This customer-facing and hands-on technical position requires working at the intersection of cutting-edge AI and enterprise systems, contributing to all aspects of intelligent system integration including design, needs analysis, AI feature implementation, testing, deployment, and validation.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead AI integration initiatives, working directly with customer's business and technical contacts to identify opportunities for AI enhancement throughout the project lifecycle
  • Champion technical design discussions focused on AI capabilities, gathering client requirements and mapping them into intelligent solutions for deployment
  • Drive successful execution of integration workflows on implementation projects with new and existing customers
  • Recommend best practices around AI-driven integrations and intelligent data transmission
  • Orchestrate integration testing efforts that validate AI functionality in partnership with customers
  • Actively contribute to our growing AI practice, developing documentation and sharing knowledge with internal and customer teams

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Information Services, AI/ML or related technical discipline
  • Experience working with scripting languages (Python, Javascript/NodeJS, Bash)
  • Knowledge of communication protocols (FTP, HTTP, HTTPS, etc.) and how they can be enhanced with AI capabilities
  • Working knowledge of web service calls (API, SOAP, REST, etc.) and their role in AI system architecture
  • Understanding of file structures (XML, EDI, flat file, etc.) and techniques for AI-powered data processing
  • Customer-facing experience with enterprise-level clients; experience with AI innovations is desirable
  • Proven communication skills to articulate AI value propositions to both business and technical contacts
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and develop innovative solutions
  • Skill in prioritizing initiatives across multiple projects and competing demands
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment at the forefront of AI adoption
  • Experience in the logistics industry or with Order/Transportation Management Systems a plus, but not required
  • Familiarity with Project Management concepts 
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools
  • Enthusiasm for exploring the transformative potential of AI in supply chain visibility
