We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Executive Finance to manage banking operations and ensure finance compliance across our 7 subsidiaries located in India, USA, Canada, Singapore, Germany, Poland, and Netherlands. This role is critical in maintaining financial integrity and operational excellence across multiple
jurisdictions.
What you’ll be doing:
- Banking Operations
Oversee and manage banking operations across India, USA, EMEA, and Singapore
Coordinate with multiple banks and financial institutions across different time zones
Assist in managing cash flow, liquidity, and treasury operations for multi-country operations
Process international payments, wire transfers, and foreign exchange transactions
Monitor bank accounts, reconciliations, and maintain optimal banking relationships
Ensure seamless fund transfers and working capital management across regions - Finance Compliance
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and statutory requirements for 7 subsidiaries located in India, USA, Canada, Singapore, Germany, Poland, and Netherlands
Stay updated on regulatory changes in different jurisdictions and implement necessary controls
Coordinate statutory audits, tax filings, and regulatory submissions
Maintain compliance with local GAAP, IFRS, and US GAAP standards as applicable
Implement and monitor internal financial controls and policies
Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities - Accounting & Financial Reporting
Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records
Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly
Support month-end and year-end closing processes - NetSuite ERP Management
Utilize NetSuite for financial transactions, reporting, and analysis
Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the NetSuite system
Configure and optimize NetSuite modules for efficient operations
Train team members on NetSuite best practices
Generate customized reports and dashboards from NetSuite

Who you are:
- Education
Bachelor degree in Commerce (B.Com) OR
MBA in Finance OR
CA Intermediate (IPCC cleared) - Experience
5-8 years of experience in finance, accounting, or banking operations
Proven experience in managing multi-country financial operations
Strong understanding of international banking and compliance requirements
Experience working with US, European, and Asian financial regulations - Technical Skills
NetSuite or other similar ERP experience is highly preferred
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling)
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
Knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and statutory compliance requirements
Familiarity with banking software and payment platforms - Core Competencies
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work across multiple time zones and manage urgent deadlines
Strong communication skills for coordination with international teams
Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion
Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues - Preferred Qualifications
Understanding of forex operations
Experience in handling multi-currency transactions
Knowledge of transfer pricing and international taxation
Working Conditions
May require occasional work outside standard hours to coordinate with
international offices
Regular interaction with global teams across different time zones
