Location: Remote – Anywhere in the contiguous United States

 

Job Summary

The Pipeline Programs Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing strategic programs that ensure a consistent and high-quality sales pipeline. This role involves close collaboration with sales, marketing, product, and analytics teams to identify opportunities, optimize processes, and drive the success of our sales funnel. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of sales cycles, pipeline management, and program development within a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

 

Essential Job Functions

  • Pipeline Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive pipeline strategy that aligns with the FranklinCovey’s overall business goals and revenue targets.
  • Program Design and Execution: Develop and manage pipeline generation programs, including lead generation campaigns, sales training, and tools to optimize the sales process.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product management, and sales teams to ensure alignment and support for pipeline initiatives.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of pipeline programs, including conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and deal size.
  • Continuous Improvement: Analyze and refine pipeline processes based on data-driven insights to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
  • Market and Competitive Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for pipeline growth and inform program development.
  • Leadership and Coaching: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of pipeline programs professionals to achieve high performance and meet organizational objectives.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate pipeline status, challenges, and opportunities to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, pipeline management, or a related role.
  • 2+ years of experience leading teams. 

 

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience scaling high-performing teams.
  • Master's or advanced degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field.
  • Experience working in sales operations, pipeline management, or a related role in a publicly traded company.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful pipeline programs that drive revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales tools.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on results.

 

Compensation

California - Anticipated compensation for this position is $200-220k OTE split 70/30 between base/variable pay. Actual offer may be outside of this prediction and will be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
