Sr. Manager, Administrative Operations
About the Company
Free Association Live (FAL) is a next-generation live entertainment company, producing performances ranging from intimate immersive experiences to global touring spectacles.
FAL currently oversees the global expansion of Magic Mike Live, which has entertained over 2 million guests from 70+ countries with over 6,000 performances across its Las Vegas and London experiences and past engagements in Miami, Dallas, and Berlin since debuting in 2017. Beyond Magic Mike, FAL develops original, IP-driven live experiences across dance, music, and immersive storytelling.
Bringing heart, humor, and world-class storytelling to every performance, each FAL experience is designed to move people, set a standard of excellence, and defy expectations of what live entertainment can be.
Location: Los Angeles or Las Vegas (or willing to relocate)
Reports To: COO
Work type: Hybrid, 3 days in-office
Compensation: $95K–$110K base, with flexibility for candidates bringing stronger systems, analytics, or executive support experience
Why This Role Exists
FAL is scaling fast. As we expand globally, the infrastructure behind the business needs to grow with the same intentionality as the productions on stage. This role exists to be the connective tissue of our operations — someone who thrives in the space between functions, keeps the business running cleanly, and builds systems that hold up under pressure. If you're energized by complexity, get satisfaction from closing open loops, and know how to create structure without bureaucracy, this is your role.
Position Overview
The Sr. Manager, Administrative Operations sits at the center of the business and owns the day-to-day operational backbone of FAL. You'll work across legal, IT, finance, HR, and external partners — triaging, routing, tracking, and closing. You're not here to coordinate around work; you're here to own it. This is a hands-on execution role for someone equally comfortable building a compliance tracker, pushing a vendor on a missed deadline, framing a business problem for executive leadership, and prepping materials for a Board meeting.
