Position Summary:
We are seeking a Lead Technical Recruiter to drive our talent acquisition strategy and play a pivotal role in building high-performing technical teams within the Intel communities. In this role, you will lead the recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, build and mentor a team of recruiters, and collaborate with leadership to shape our hiring strategies. Your expertise will ensure we attract, engage, and retain the best technical talent in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Recruitment Leadership: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top technical talent, aligning with the company’s growth goals and objectives.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers for key technical roles.
- Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of recruiters, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and executives to understand technical talent needs and create targeted recruitment plans.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, talent availability, and competitive hiring practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
- Employer Branding: Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to enhance our employer brand, ensuring we are recognized as an employer of choice within the community.
- Metrics-Driven Decision-Making: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and drive data-informed hiring decisions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, with at least 10 years of experience
- Strong expertise in full-cycle recruitment
- Excellent sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Seekout, etc.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic hiring plans
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and team members
- Strong ability to mentor and manage a team, fostering growth and performance
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred
Anticipated salary range: $85,000 - 135,000 commensurate with experience
