Scrum Master
Join a team developing a series of applications that are certified, trusted sources of critical mission data that will be used to answer mission and leadership questions across the Enterprise. Play a pivotal role in introducing emerging technologies into the Enterprise. This initiative is agency-wide, and its successful implementation will have a significant impact on daily operations. You'll have the unique opportunity to shape this effort from its inception, essentially building it from the ground up. It's a high-visibility project that will involve engaging with high-ranking stakeholders throughout the Enterprise. By joining as an initial architect, you can become one of the few subject matter experts (SMEs) for this new development effort.
- Facilitate and lead agile development ceremonies, steering the agile development team towards effective collaboration and streamlined project progress.
- Act as the direct liaison between Government leadership and the development team to establish priorities, facilitating agile processes, communicating with team members, the Government and end user customers.
- The individual will need to work with the technical team and Government leadership to prepare schedule inputs, communicate dependencies, impediments, and risks and communicate with Freedom Program Management team.
- Play a key role in creating systems engineering documentation, including but not limited to requirements specifications and standard operating procedures.
- Provide constructive feedback to developers, emphasizing best practice.
- Brainstorm and contribute innovative ideas for code base optimizations and implementations, fostering continuous improvement within the development process.
- Incorporate comprehensive testing strategies, including unit, integration, and regression testing, to ensure the robustness and reliability of developed applications.
- Collaborate effectively within a team, providing valuable feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently on large projects, displaying self-direction and autonomy in project execution.
Required:
- TS/SCI with Polygraph
- A bachelor’s degree and seven (7) years of experience as a system engineer. Twelve (12) years of system engineering experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
- Experience leading agile development ceremonies.
- Experience developing and updating technical documentation.

The estimated salary range for this position is between $130,000-$160,000 (annualized USD). This range reflects the typical pay for the role and is one part of the company's comprehensive compensation package. Actual salaries are influenced by several factors, such as location, the individual’s education, skills, experience, and competencies, as well as contract affordability and organizational needs.
