Senior Manager, Client Solutions Implementation

Remote

About this opportunity:

Freenome is seeking a high-impact contributor to bridge the gap between our innovative diagnostic technology and the clinical workflows of our health system partners. In this role, you will be the primary project lead for EHR integrations, digital products, and driving the "Order-to-Results" lifecycle from pre-sales consultation through to full operational scale.

Unlike a traditional development role, this is a Commercial-facing position. You will act as the technical architect of the customer relationship, ensuring that our integrations—primarily powered by Redox—are not just functional, but optimized for clinician adoption and business growth. You will partner closely with our Sales team and Health System partners to implement EHR integration solutions and generate proven commercial outcomes, serving as the subject matter expert who navigates the complexities of health system infrastructure to ensure Freenome’s products are deeply embedded and easy to use.

The role reports to the Director of Client Solutions & Patient Experience. This role will be a remote role that may require some travel, up to 20% of the time.

What you’ll do:

  • Leverage Redox to develop strategic integrations with health systems and industry partners to enable order to results capabilities and digital health tools across major EHR vendors, including Epic.
  • Work with Orders to Cash Product lead and others to execute EHR and other digital health tools strategy.
  • Manage EHR implementation projects with Redox and customer partners to enable bidirectional interfaces.
  • Provide customer relationship management and pre-sale connectivity support to enable business growth.
  • Work with optimization and implementation team during customer onboarding to complete technical integration for EHR and other digital products.
  • Provide business reviews, performance dashboards, and analytics information to inform EHR strategy and to achieve account health and volume benchmarks.
  • Support customer success in efforts to help increase product adoption where technology can be used.
  • Provide general technical support and trouble shooting of Freenome’s software solutions beyond EHR.

Must haves:

  • EHR Program Leadership: At least 4 years of experience managing complex Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementations or healthcare interoperability programs.
  • Commercial & Customer Facing Success: At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role with a proven track record of supporting sales cycles and managing external stakeholder expectations.
  • Clinical Workflow Knowledge: Deep understanding of hospital operations, provider workflows, and how clinical data moves within a health system environment.
  • Project Management Mastery: Proven ability to lead multi-phase technical projects, managing timelines across internal teams and external vendor/customer partners to meet commercial milestones.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Informatics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Nice to haves:

  • Integration Middleware Expertise: Demonstrated experience working with Redox or similar healthcare integration platforms to facilitate bidirectional data exchange.
  • Strategic Analytics: Proficiency in developing performance dashboards and business reviews to communicate implementation success and ROI to executive-level stakeholders.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Working knowledge of HIPAA, SOC2, and other applicable laws and regulations governing electronic health records and data privacy.
  • Process Improvement: Familiarity with Lean fundamentals or Six Sigma to optimize implementation playbooks and "Order-to-Cash" workflows.
  • Public Speaking: Strong presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical clinical and administrative leaders.
  • Working knowledge of applicable laws and regulations for electronic health records.
  • Proficiency in presentations and business reviews for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Lean fundamentals.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
