We are looking for a bold Senior Product Manager to lead our Dispatcher Tool. This is a rare opportunity to build a "startup within a corporation." We are not just maintaining an old tool. We are building a complex, intelligent system to modernize the traditional taxi industry. Your goal is to transform offline fleets into digital businesses.

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:
- Strategic Product Discovery (Research & Prototyping): To ensure we build products that solve real problems for dispatchers, you will lead user research and rapid prototyping alongside our Design and Research teams. This ensures we validate hypotheses early and only invest engineering time in solutions that truly work.
- Prioritization & Roadmap Ownership: Given the endless opportunities in the taxi market, you will ruthlessly prioritize the backlog based on data and strategic value, delivering a roadmap that balances immediate commercial wins with long-term platform stability.
- Leading the Product Trio: To maintain high team velocity and morale, you will act as the leader of the Product Trio (Tech, Design, Product), inspiring the team with clear context rather than just assigning tasks. This ensures everyone understands the "why" behind the work and remains motivated to deliver high-quality software.
- Crystal-Clear Execution (Specs & Docs): Because ambiguity slows down development in this complex sector, you will translate complex business logic into structured, high-quality documentation and specifications. This ensures our engineers always have "Ready for Dev" requirements to build scalable solutions without roadblocks.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Given the need to prove value to our B2B partners, you will proactively use data to identify operational bottlenecks, delivering features that tangibly reduce manual work for dispatchers and increase fleet efficiency.
- Stakeholder Alignment & Influence: Working with diverse partners in Germany, Ireland, UK, Greece, Spain, Italy, Poland and others, you will use flexible communication styles to align Sales, Operations, and Tech teams, ensuring we build one unified product strategy instead of fragmented local tools.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:
- You have 5+ years of Product Management experience. You understand the dynamics of supply and demand and how to digitize complex offline workflows.
- Experience in RideTech, B2B, or Marketplaces.
- Structured Problem Solver, You are comfortable with uncertainty. Instead of waiting for directions, you analyze complex operational situations and design the product solution that addresses the core problem.
- Influence Without Authority, You can align conflicting stakeholders. You build trust with Sales and Operations leaders but are not afraid to say "no" to protect the roadmap and focus on high-impact goals.
- Data Fluency, You don't just consume reports; you proactively dig into the data (Tableau/Mixpanel) to find inefficiencies in the dispatcher funnel and prove the commercial impact of your features.
- Technical Competence, You speak the language of engineering. You understand API integrations and backend logic well enough to earn the respect of the team and make smart trade-offs on technical debt.
- Fluent in English and Fluent in German (nice to have)
