Digital Marketing Manager

Freenow by Lyft is looking for an experienced and highly motivated B2B Digital Acquisition Manager (m/f), to join us for an exciting 14 month maternity cover.
You will spearhead digital marketing to acquire the next generation of B2B partners for Freenow by Lyft. Working closely with our sales and marketing teams, You’ll identify, generate and nurture leads through the funnel to generate hot prospects that become high value customers across all of our European markets.
YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:
- Full-Funnel Lead Management: Own the strategy to identify, capture, and nurture prospects from initial awareness (MQL) to sales-ready opportunities (SQL).
- Multi-Channel Paid Media Execution: Design and manage end-to-end B2B performance campaigns across SEA, Paid Social (LinkedIn, Meta), and App platforms (Apple, Google, TikTok).
- Budget & ROI Optimization: Manage monthly acquisition budgets while analyzing cohort data (ROAS, Retention, CLV) to ensure efficient spend.
- Cross-Functional Creative Development: Partner with design and content teams to produce, test, and iterate on high-performing ad assets and landing pages.
- Advanced Targeting & ABM: Develop and execute Account-Based Marketing strategies to penetrate high-value enterprise targets.
- Data-Driven Reporting: Collaborate with Analytics teams to build dashboards and monitor the full customer journey funnel.
- Growth Testing & Innovation: Drive a rigorous A/B testing roadmap and explore emerging tech, including AI use cases and new publisher opportunities.
- Strategic Collaboration: Align with B2C UA teams help us hit all of our targets across B2B and B2C and ensure we hit market wide targets
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:
- Data-Driven Funnel Management: You must be obsessed with the "MQL to SQL" conversion rate. Success is about understanding exactly which digital touchpoints lead to a signed contract and optimizing the journey in between.
- Ad ToolsProficiency & Experimentation: You must be comfortable working with tools including HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Search, and Apple Search Ads.
- Cross-Functional Diplomacy: You act as the bridge between Sales, Creative, and Data teams. You provide Sales with quality leads, give Creative clear performance feedback, and work with Data to ensure attribution is accurate.
- Commercial Acumen: You need to speak the language of ROI, LTV (Lifetime Value), and Pipeline. Success means proving that every Euro spent on digital marketing is directly contributing to the company's long-term revenue growth.
- Fluent English
- At least 3 years of experience working in B2B Digital Marketing lead generation
