We are looking for a Finance Systems Manager to support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related processes across Europe.

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:

Supporting and developing solutions to translate accounting requirements into effective configurations within Microsoft Business Central
Setting up CSV Ports (interfaces)
Supporting roll-out projects for new subsidiaries
Documenting and improving our entire accounting processes and systems landscape including further applications and interfaces
Providing functional support and guidance to users of accounting systems
Identifying system and process issues and driving their resolution
Analysing and harmonising accounting and financial processes
Supporting audit activities and monthly group reporting from a systems perspective, as well as collaborating with the collections (dunning) team

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

You have a degree in information technology, business administration, accounting, or a comparable qualification / relevant professional experience
You have practical experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in finance and IT environments
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve problems and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience in IT-related project management, with demonstrated ability to deliver results
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and facilitate team meetings (e.g., stand-ups), with strong communication skills
Basic development and debugging knowledge is considered an advantage
