About the Role

We are seeking a temporary Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Seattle. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and and enjoys supporting both event execution and broader marketing initiatives. You’ll assist with coordinating firm events, supporting brand visibility efforts, and driving digital and content-related initiatives. 

This is a temporary, part-time position based in our Seattle office, expected to work approximately 25 hours per week on-site from an immediate start  August 2026, with occasional evening support for events.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Event Coordination Support: Assist with end-to-end event logistics, including name tag preparation, RSVP tracking, survey distribution, and venue sourcing. Maintain accurate event documentation and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. 
  • Social Media & Content Support: Design graphics and assist with drafting, scheduling, and publishing social media content aligned with brand standards and marketing priorities. 
  • Swag Store Inventory and Oversight: Oversee internally run company swag inventory, coordinate ordering and restocking, and manage packaging and shipping logistics. 
  • Website & Quarterly Content Updates: Support quarterly collateral updatesreview and test website forms, and assist with ad hoc content creation as needed. 
  • General Marketing & Administrative Support: Provide support on miscellaneous marketing tasks and special projects to ensure timely completion of team initiatives. 

Qualifications & Skills: 

  • Bachelor’s degree (marketing, communications or equivalent preferred). 
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, events, or a related field. 
  • Experience supporting event planning and logistics preferred. 
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar). 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Detail-oriented with strong proofreading and formatting capabilities. 
  • Customer-service centric with a “can-do” mindset. 
  • Commitment to producing high quality work. 
  • Resourceful. 
  • Humble and kind. 

Compensation  

  • The expected hourly pay for this position is $25/hr. - $30/hr.  
  • Catered lunches Monday – Thursday in office
