About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Technology & Workplace Specialist to join our team in Seattle. In this hybrid role, you will be the go-to person for keeping our physical workspace running smoothly while supporting day-to-day technology needs across the firm. You will work closely with our Technology and Operations teams to deliver a seamless experience for employees and vendors alike.

This is a full-time, in-office role (5 days/week) based in Seattle, with occasional travel required to support our other office locations in San Francisco (CA), Santa Barbara (CA), and Campbell (CA) as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Workplace Management
- Coordinate office buildouts, reconfigurations, and furniture moves to support a growing team.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for building-related needs, including HVAC, lighting, and plumbing issues, coordinating with vendors and building management for timely resolution.
- Maintain conference rooms and common areas, ensuring they are always functional, and properly equipped.
- Coordinate badge access provisioning and deactivation in close partnership with HR and IT.
- IT Support & Coordination
- Provide Tier 1 troubleshooting support for common issues including connectivity, peripheral setup, and printer errors, escalating to IT as appropriate.
- Set up and break down workstations for new and exiting employees.
- Assist in managing hardware inventory and handle packaging and shipping of hardware as needed.
- Assist with conference room audio visual (AV) troubleshooting and physical equipment maintenance.
- Support racking and unracking of equipment under IT direction.
- Schedule and manage structured cabling vendors for new installs, moves, and additions.
- Manage and maintain technology vendor relationships, such as printer leases, audio visual (AV), and other technology vendors.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 1-2+ years of prior experience in a facilities, office operations, or technology support role required.
- Comfortable working hands-on in a physical environment — moving furniture, setting up equipment, coordinating vendors.
- Basic technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot common hardware and connectivity issues.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and vendors simultaneously.
- Approachable, personable team player who treats others in a humble and kind manner.
- Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal.
- Self-starter with close attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.

- The expected base salary for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 depending on experience and skill set. In addition, the position is eligible for a discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance.
