We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Shipping Associate to join our team. This role is integral to our supply chain and customer experience, ensuring that orders are processed, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. You’ll work closely with our warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Create shipping labels and necessary documentation for domestic and international shipments
• Coordinate with shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) to track and resolve shipping issues
• Ensure that all shipments comply with company policies and industry regulations
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring stock is properly allocated for orders
• Assist with packing, labeling, and verifying outbound shipments for accuracy
• Handle customer and vendor inquiries related to shipping status and delays
• Identify and implement cost-effective shipping solutions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the shipping area

Essential Requirements:

• Prior experience in shipping, warehousing, or logistics is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Excel and shipping software (UPS, FedEx, USPS portals, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills for internal coordination and customer interaction
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs as needed
• Knowledge of customs regulations for international shipping is a plus
