The Role
We’re looking for an Omni-Channel Fulfilment Specialist who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments and has a relentless pursuit of on-time delivery excellence.
This role is responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and analyzing fulfilment operations across Shopify, Amazon, and retail channels, ensuring flawless order execution and transactional accuracy. The ideal candidate is detail-driven, data-minded, and deeply committed to operational precision.
What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end fulfillment operations for D2C (Shopify), marketplaces (Amazon), and retail distribution.
- Track and analyze order-to-delivery performance, ensuring all orders meet or exceed on-time delivery KPIs.
- Perform transaction-level audits across systems (ERP, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, 3PL portals) to ensure accuracy in fulfillment, shipping, and billing.
- Coordinate daily with warehouses, 3PLs, and carriers to monitor fulfillment timelines, backorders, and exceptions.
- Implement and uphold fulfillment policies, SOPs, and escalation processes to maintain accuracy and consistency across channels.
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, logistics, and customer experience teams to resolve delivery issues and improve service levels.
- Provide detailed performance reports, cost analyses, and root-cause insights to leadership for continuous improvement.
- Support optimization initiatives around inventory availability, lead-time reduction, and automation within Shopify and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP).
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 5–8 years in fulfilment, e-commerce operations, or supply chain management within D2C, consumer hardware, or omni-channel environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
- Proven expertise in Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and retail distribution systems.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce fulfillment policies, shipping methods, and 3PL coordination.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to spot discrepancies in order data, shipping logs, or tracking timelines.
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding on-time delivery KPIs under tight operational deadlines.
- High proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and strong Excel / data analytics capability.
- A proactive, self-motivated, and ownership-driven approach to resolving fulfillment challenges.
