Key Responsibilities:

As a member of our Recruitment team, you're going to have a wide-ranging group of responsibilities and goals. On a day-to-day basis, this means:

  • Support prospecting and headhunting efforts. Not just finding the right candidates, but nurturing relationships early and building long-term pipelines
  • Source candidates from diverse channels and screen resumes and applications with a strong quality bar
  • Take hands-on ownership of role coordination that goes beyond scheduling (much of which is automated) to stay closely involved in progress, blockers, and outcomes for each role
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate multiple rounds of assessments
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to align on role expectations, feedback, and hiring timelines
  • Communicate clearly with management and team members to provide regular status updates
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed in a fast-moving startup environment

Qualifications: 

  • 6+ months of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
  • Strong attention to detail with relentless follow-up
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Bonus points if you have experience in a start-up environment and/or in-house recruitment

Job Location: Work From Home / Remote

Working Hours: 3:00 PM - 12:00 PM Philippine Time, Monday to Friday

CTC: $400 base + $40 night shift allowance monthly
