About Fresh Prints
Fresh Prints is a custom apparel company that works with thousands of student organizations, Greek life chapters, sports teams, and clubs across the U.S. But more importantly, we give students the chance to run a real business while they’re still in college.
As a Campus Manager, you won’t just “promote a brand” or post on social media. You’ll build relationships, manage clients, close orders, and grow your own book of business on campus while being backed by a full company behind you.
You’ll have access to mentorship, design support, operations help, training, and tools from our full-time team. We handle production, vendors, logistics, and fulfillment so you can focus on building connections and growing sales.
This role is challenging, fast-paced, and highly ownership-driven. But if you’re someone who wants real-world experience beyond a traditional internship or campus job, it can genuinely change the trajectory of your confidence, communication skills, and career growth.
What You’ll Do
As a Campus Manager, you’ll act as the main point of contact for organizations on your campus looking to order custom merch.
You’ll:
- Reach out to student organizations, Greek life chapters, clubs, and teams
- Build relationships with decision-makers on campus
- Help clients choose products, apparel styles, and merch ideas
- Work with Fresh Prints’ art team to bring designs to life
- Manage timelines and communicate with clients throughout the ordering process
- Follow up consistently and keep opportunities moving
- Build your own sales pipeline and grow your accounts over time
This is a highly communication-focused role. A big part of success comes from staying organized, following up, and being proactive even when clients ghost or take time to respond.
What Makes This Different
Most college jobs teach you how to complete tasks. This role teaches you how to:
- Build relationships
- Communicate professionally
- Handle rejection
- Manage your time
- Sell ideas confidently
- Solve problems independently
- Run operations like a real business owner
You’ll graduate college with actual hands-on experience managing clients and generating revenue, not just another line on your resume.
Compensation
Campus Managers earn commission on every order they place.
- Uncapped earning potential
- Performance-based compensation
- No upfront costs or financial risk
- Flexible schedule around classes and extracurriculars
Your earnings will depend on the effort, consistency, and time you put into the role.
This is not a guaranteed-pay position, and it’s not designed for someone looking for a low-effort side hustle. The students who succeed here are the ones who stay consistent and treat the role seriously.
Training & Support
You do not need prior sales experience to succeed here.
Every Campus Manager goes through training where you’ll learn:
- Outreach strategies
- Sales communication
- Pipeline management
- Product knowledge
- Client relationship management
- How to manage orders from start to finish
You’ll also have:
- A dedicated mentor/Business Development Manager
- Access to internal resources and support systems
- A full operations and design team behind you
- Ongoing coaching and feedback
We’ll support you heavily, but we’ll also expect ownership from you.
Who Thrives In This Role
The students who usually succeed here are:
- Self-driven and proactive
- Comfortable talking to people
- Organized and responsive
- Persistent even after rejection
- Excited by growth and ownership
- Able to manage their time well
- Looking for real-world experience, not just easy money
Mindset matters more than experience.
This Role May Not Be The Best Fit If…
- You need guaranteed hourly pay
- You struggle with communication or responsiveness
- You’re looking for something passive or low commitment
- You prefer heavily structured environments with constant supervision
- You’re uncomfortable with outreach, follow-ups, or sales conversations
Time Commitment
Most successful Campus Managers spend around 12–15 hours per week on the role.
Because this is relationship and communication-based work, consistency matters a lot more than doing everything at once.
Why Students Love Fresh Prints
