Digital Marketing & Design Executive

Location: Surat or Remote
Salary: Starting from ₹30,000/month (based on experience)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a versatile and innovative Digital Marketing & Design Executive to manage our real estate brand’s online presence. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SEO marketing, Photoshop, web development, and social media management. Strong communication skills and a flair for creative design are essential. Bonus points for candidates with IT troubleshooting skills and knowledge of Office 365.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute SEO strategies for Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
• Design marketing materials including flyers, brochures, and digital posters
• Manage and grow our presence across all social media platforms
• Maintain and update company websites; assist with basic web development tasks
• Think creatively to develop innovative marketing campaigns and visuals
• Collaborate with the leasing teams to align marketing efforts
• Provide basic IT support, including Office 365 and Windows troubleshooting

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in SEO marketing and social media strategy
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and other design tools
• Basic web development skills (HTML, CSS, WordPress or similar)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• IT knowledge is an advantage (Office 365, Windows support)
• Experience in real estate marketing is a plus
