FronteraCare is exploring a partnership with the Española School District to bring high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to students with autism and related developmental differences. We’re seeking caring, energetic, and service-minded people who may be interested in pursuing a career as a Behavior Technicians (BTs)/Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children in the classroom and help them thrive. What You'll Do:
- Partner with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide therapy that transforms lives.
- Support the educational experience by assisting in the classroom setting, promoting learning, engagement, and social development.
- Create and assist in facilitating engaging and effective learning experiences for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
- Use clear communication and positive reinforcement to help children reach their full potential.
- Complete daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan.
- Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school appropriate behavior for children.
Who You Are:

- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Excited to learn and grow in the ABA field.
Requirements:
- Proof of high school graduation (Diploma or GED)
- At least 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, sit on floors and/or child-sized furniture, and quickly move from a seated position to running stance
- Ability to pass a drug screening including marijuana with exceptions for medical card holders
- College enrollment or degree preferred
Training and Development:
- RBT Certification Support: 40-hour training, competency assessment, and exam support provided.
Ongoing Supervision: Weekly BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) supervision and feedbackProfessional Development: Opportunities to grow into advanced clinical or leadership roles within FronteraCare

- Location: Española, NM (school-based)
- Schedule: Follows the Española School District academic calendar, Monday - Friday during school hours
- Employment Type: Full-time or part-time opportunities available
