Site Director - Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Position: Site Director

We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead our clinical team and oversee the clinical operations of our Las Cruces center. The site director will spend approximately 40% of their time delivering ABA services to patients and families.  Responsibilities will include assessment, plan development, service delivery, case management, supervision, caseload development, parent training, annual performance reviews, and quality assurance.

In addition to clinical responsibilities, the Site Director will spend 60% of their time overseeing the BCBA & RBT team, day to day operations, and growth of the Las Cruces region. This will include project work such as supporting hiring, training, community outreach, and establishing school contracts. The Site Director will also collaborate closely with Frontera’s product team to support the successful implementation of new technology across our clinics. As part of our technology-driven approach, the Site Director will oversee the effective use of our diagnostic tools, including the Diagnosis Builder, Assessment Builder, and video-based models, ensuring they are fully integrated into clinical workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a minimum of 5 years of post-certification experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in directly managing Clinicians (RBTS and BCBAs), including the management hiring and performance management processes. 
  • Passionante about developing a high performing team and ensuring the right processes and policies are in place to cultivate a culture of excellence in service. 
  • Passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families.
  • A strong commitment to leadership, showing up daily to support and inspire your team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of BCBAs and RBTs, with the potential to manage a small client caseload.
  • Assist in launching a new clinic location, projected to open in early 2025.
  • Oversee clinical quality, training, and compliance, ensuring the highest standard of care.
  • Provide parent training regularly to support client progress.
  • Accurately record and track client and family progress, ensuring all documentation is thorough and up-to-date.
  • Optimize session time to effectively meet client objectives.
  • Participate in community events to increase awareness of our services and attract new staff.
  • Collaborate closely with the clinic manager to support building operations and ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Partner with scheduling teams to ensure client utilization rates and staff hours are fulfilled, maintaining operational efficiency.
  • Interview and evaluate BCBA candidates to ensure team growth and quality.
  • Lead clinic meetings in conjunction with the clinic manager to maintain smooth day-to-day operations and team communication.
  • Focus on training and development of clinic staff, fostering continuous professional growth and operational success.
  • Support the integration and use of Frontera’s technology tools, ensuring clinic staff are effectively utilizing the diagnosis builder, assessment builder, and video-based model to enhance client outcomes.
