The Opportunity:
We are seeking a seasoned and visionary Lead Psychologist to lead the design and execution of our diagnostic strategy. This senior-level role is integral to shaping the future of our diagnostic approach, driving innovation, and delivering unparalleled care to children and families.
As a key clinical leader, you will oversee the diagnostic process, mentor clinical staff, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate our proprietary technology into evaluations and treatment planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Diagnostic Strategy: Design and implement a forward-thinking, evidence-based approach to pediatric behavioral health diagnostics.
- Leverage Technology: Oversee the integration and use of advanced tools, including our AI-powered diagnostic platform to enhance evaluation accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct Evaluations: Perform comprehensive autism and related morbidity evaluations, setting the gold standard for assessment and reporting.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with product and technology teams to refine and optimize diagnostic tools. Work closely with families and clinical staff to ensure cohesive, patient-centered care.
- Mentor and Train Clinicians: Lead and develop a team of clinicians delivering evaluations and diagnoses through both in-person and telehealth modalities.
- Stay at the Forefront: Monitor emerging research, PSYPACT regulations, and best practices to maintain cutting-edge diagnostic methods.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards, maintaining accurate and thorough records.
Qualifications:
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Psychology with a specialization in Pediatric or Child Psychology.
- Licensed Psychologist in good standing in Colorado, with PSYPACT membership preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pediatric evaluations, including ASD and related conditions.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing diagnostic strategies.
- Strong technical acumen, with experience utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and platforms.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with experience mentoring and developing clinical teams.
- Proficiency in evidence-based assessment practices and telehealth service delivery.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey complex findings effectively.

We have determined a salary range for this position that takes into account several factors including experience, knowledge, education, skills, and abilities. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline and the exact salary will be determined based on the individual’s qualifications and experience, with consideration given to the factors listed above.
Expected salary range in Denver:
$160,000-$280,000 USD
