About the Role
Frontera Health is seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Business Operations Analyst to join our Business Operations team in support of our mission to deliver high-quality ABA services across New Mexico and Colorado. You’ll work directly with our Director of Business Operations and cross-functional teams to create tools, models, dashboards, and documentation that empower strategic decisions, streamline clinical operations, and enhance the customer experience.
You will play a key role in supporting everything from resource forecasting and clinic performance analytics to tool functionality and customer feedback loops. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on making data useful and actionable in a growing healthcare environment.
What you’ll do
Operational Analytics & Forecasting
- Build and maintain resource forecasting models to support staffing and capacity planning
- Analyze clinic performance trends and support data-informed decisions to improve operational efficiency
- Support pipeline management through reporting and analysis of referrals and intake workflows
Customer Experience & Feedback
- Design and manage customer experience survey tools
- Analyze results and generate actionable insights to improve satisfaction and retention
- Partner with clinical teams to develop feedback loops and programmatic improvements
Tooling & Reporting
- Create, maintain, and optimize dashboards and KPIs in tools like Looker
- Manage and document analytics across platforms including Frontera Tools, Passage Health, CRM
- Develop and maintain process documentation and case studies related to Frontera technology
Project & Process Support
- Contribute to tooling and process enhancements, ensuring functionality aligns with clinical and operational needs
- Partner on Frontera technology case studies to showcase innovation and impact
- Ensure consistent documentation across systems and processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Data Analytics, or related field
- 1 to 3 years experience in business analysis, operations, or healthcare analytics (Healthcare experience is a plus; strong interest in Healthcare is a requirement)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using Excel, SQL, Looker, or other BI tools
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and cross-functional relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in process documentation and workflow mapping is a plus
- This role is based in Denver, Colorado and requires working in the office three days per week as part of a hybrid schedule.

We have determined a salary range for this position that takes into account several factors including experience, knowledge, education, skills, and abilities. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline and the exact salary will be determined based on the individual’s qualifications and experience, with consideration given to the factors listed above.
Expected Salary Range in Denver:
$60,000-$90,000
