Clinical Recruiting Lead - ABA and Psychological Services

Opportunity
We're seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Recruiting Lead to drive the growth of our team and help us scale our clinical talent in New Mexico. This is a critical role where your expertise will contribute directly to improving the lives of the children and families we serve. You'll own the full-cycle recruiting process, develop innovative strategies to attract and retain top-notch ABA professionals, and manage our recruitment platform (Greenhouse) to optimize our hiring efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Design and implement effective recruiting strategies for various clinical roles (BCBAs, RBTs, etc.). Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, manage the pipeline, source candidates, conduct interviews, and close offers.
- Employer Branding: Develop and promote our employee value proposition to attract high-quality candidates who share Frontera Health's mission.
- Talent Programs: Build and implement new talent programs (e.g., internships, partnerships with universities, career development initiatives) to create a sustainable candidate pipeline and support workforce development.
- Data-Driven Approach: Leverage Greenhouse and other data analytics tools to measure recruiting efficiency, track key metrics, and optimize strategies.
- Greenhouse Management: Manage our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) by configuring job postings, creating and utilizing custom fields, maintaining the system's health, and ensuring smooth integration with existing workflows.
- Relationship Builder: Proactively build relationships with community organizations, universities, and relevant professional networks to expand your recruiting outreach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally with a focus on healthcare or behavioral health positions.
- Knowledge of recruiting best practices, sourcing strategies, and employment laws.
- Proven success in building and executing creative recruiting programs.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

We have determined a salary range for this position that takes into account several factors including experience, knowledge, education, skills, and abilities. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline and the exact salary will be determined based on the individual’s qualifications and experience, with consideration given to the factors listed above. All full time employee benefits include a stake in shared success through stock options, health benefits, 401(k) plan, and responsible PTO.
Expected salary range in Denver
$120,000 - $140,000 USD
